Copilot notes

Stop learning marina software. Start talking to it.

Cover — Stop learning marina software. Start talking to it. The copilot is live.

We built a copilot for marinas. Then we stopped teaching people our software.

Turns out nobody running a dock wants to learn another admin system. They want the boat in the right slip, the paperwork done, and to get back outside before the wind picks up.

So now you just talk to it. Like a deckhand who never sleeps and never drops a line in the water.

What you can just say

  • "Halcyon's in. Put her in C-12." — done.
  • "Book Aurora's haul-out for Friday morning." — booked, travel lift checked.
  • "Fender damage on Lucky Star, port side, here's the photo." — incident logged, owner notified.
  • "Who's overdue on insurance?" — the list, from your live records.
  • "Add owner Mike Chen, boat is a 34' Sea Ray, invite him." — added, invited.
  • "Move Selkie to storage for the winter." — moved.
  • "Set up a dock walk for the west pier every morning at 8." — scheduled.
  • "Here's my slip spreadsheet." — your marina, built.

Paperwork, too

Drop in an insurance certificate or an owner's ID and it reads them into the file. Ask it anything about your dock and it answers from what's actually in there, not from a help centre.

No modules to learn. No training day. No "where's that button again." Just your dock, in plain English, with something on the other end that actually does the work.

Try it

Live today for every Flarepoint marina. Try it on a demo marina, no signup, no card: app.flarepoint.ca/demologin

Go on, ask it something rude. It's heard worse from the fuel dock.
