Messaging an owner

Messaging owners from the copilot.

I typed: "Tell Maria Rossi the D-dock power is out Thursday morning."

It wrote a subject and the message, shows who it's going to, and waits. You can edit the text right in the card. Confirm, and it lands in Maria's inbox in the owner portal.

Two things we did on purpose. It stays in the app: no email, no text. And once it's sent, it's sent. There's no unsend, and the card tells you that before you press the button.

Every owner's record also has a Message button now, if you'd rather write it yourself.
