A login for whoever does the books

There's now a separate role for whoever does the books.

It opens straight on Billing, and the menu only has what bookkeeping needs. The copilot suggests money questions instead of dock ones: which owners owe money, which invoices are unpaid, which leases expire soon, which boats are in storage.

One thing we had to get right: an estimate isn't money owed. "Which estimates are still open?" now says "1 standing estimate, $645.12 quoted". It used to say "owing", which was just wrong.
